These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winph ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at winph.casa ("the Website") and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

winph operates an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering live casino games, sports betting, slot games, fishing games, and related entertainment services. Our platform is designed specifically for the Malaysian market, with full support for Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this agreement by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the individual player account registered on the winph platform, used to access games, manage funds, and claim bonuses.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in MYR.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, reload bonus, or other incentive granted by winph to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Eligible Player" — a natural person who is aged 21 or above, is not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, and has successfully completed account registration and KYC verification on the winph platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, which may require submission of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method.
• "Platform" — the winph website at winph.casa, including all games, services, features, and interfaces accessible via desktop and mobile browsers.
• "Real Money Play" — wagering using funds held in a Player's Account Balance, as distinct from demo or free-play modes.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on winph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Platform in a personal capacity, not as an agent, proxy, or representative acting on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling services are prohibited under applicable national or regional law.
4. You have not previously had an Account on winph that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the winph platform or on any applicable national self-exclusion register.
6. You are acting in your own name and for your own benefit — wagering on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
7. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

winph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending review.

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the winph platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, regardless of whether different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods are used.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older)
• Valid email address that you own and have access to
• Mobile phone number
• Preferred currency (MYR for Malaysian players)
• A secure password of your choosing

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. winph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep login details secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Your use of the winph platform is subject to the following conditions of use, which you accept by accessing the Website:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, game mechanics, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in any manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• You will not engage in any activity that constitutes collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of dishonest play.
• You will not use VPN, proxy services, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location.
• You accept that all gaming outcomes on winph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are final once confirmed by the Platform.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that it is your responsibility to manage your play within your personal financial means.

winph reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold pending withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of Terms violations, pending investigation. In cases where violations are confirmed, winph may forfeit associated funds in accordance with its regulatory obligations.

All financial transactions on the winph platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winph supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow QR, FPX
• Direct Bank Transfer: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong
• Cryptocurrency: BTC, USDT, ETH (settled in MYR equivalent at market rate)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits are for the sole purpose of funding your winph Account for gaming activity. winph does not accept deposits made from funds belonging to third parties. By depositing, you confirm that the payment method used is registered in your own name.

winph does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, individual payment service providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside of winph's control.

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same Account, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed for the first time, or at any point where winph deems additional verification necessary.
• Withdrawal requests made during active promotional bonus periods may be subject to review to confirm wagering requirement compliance.

Indicative withdrawal processing times by method are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Under 5 minutes (once approved)
• DuitNow / FPX: 5–15 minutes
• Direct Bank Transfer: 15–60 minutes

These timeframes are estimates and apply under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, Malaysian public holidays, or where additional compliance review is required. winph accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

winph offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all winph bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be retroactively applied.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets typically carry different contribution percentages — these are detailed in each offer's terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• winph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms will be voided without notice.

winph offers a diverse game library including live casino tables, sports betting markets, slot games, fishing games, and virtual sports. The following rules apply across all game categories:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems (for slots and virtual games) or real-time results (for live dealer games and sports events). Game results are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed.
• Players must have sufficient Real Money balance or eligible bonus balance to place a bet. Bets placed without sufficient funds will be declined.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the server-side record. winph is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• For sports betting, all bets are subject to the odds and rules applicable at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time — any bets placed after the stated closing time for a market will be void.
• winph reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where there is clear evidence of odds errors.
• All published game RTPs are based on long-term theoretical return figures and do not guarantee individual session results.

winph is committed to maintaining a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. We provide a range of self-management tools to all players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who believe their gambling is causing harm are encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek professional support. winph is for players aged 21 and above only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winph platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime using the Platform as a conduit.
• Registering multiple Accounts (multi-accounting) for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using software exploits, reverse engineering, or automated betting tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, data, or information without authorisation.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without explicit written authorisation from winph.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or its infrastructure.

All content on the winph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface designs, software code, and trade marks — is the intellectual property of winph or its licensed third-party game providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of winph.

The winph name, logo, and associated brand elements are trade marks of winph. Unauthorised use of these trade marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming data, session history, or account balance resulting from technical failures outside of winph's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider outages, delays, or processing errors.
• Losses resulting from delays in game loading or connectivity issues caused by the player's internet service provider.
• Any decisions made by a player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

winph's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit winph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate a Player Account at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance (excluding void bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
• winph-initiated termination: winph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of Terms violation, fraud, multi-accounting, or regulatory compliance requirements. In cases of confirmed Terms violations, winph may forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with its regulatory obligations.

Where winph terminates an Account for reasons other than confirmed violations, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winph holds its operating licence. Any disputes not resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

winph operates under an internationally recognised gaming authority licence. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their own jurisdiction. winph makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions.

winph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
